Strategic Vision

In 2023, it became clear that the social, political, and economic landscape had shifted. This impacted both our school community and the broader community that GRCDC sees itself as a part of. Therefore, the leadership of GRCDC made the decision to crafted a new strategic plan that would guide decision-making for the next 3-5 years and set a bold vision for the school's future.

This plan is rooted in our shared history, and our values of Equity, Potential, Inspiration, and Connection. Through its execution and adaptation over time, GRCDC seeks to create a deeper impact on its students and families, and create broadened community-focused engagement in the school’s work.
