The open enrollment period is open from Nov 1st-Jan 31st each year. The process to apply and other information can be found below:
Fill out the online Application for Enrollment (found below)
Arrange a time to come to the school office to bring in the additional required enrollment paperwork. The office accepts enrollment paperwork Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM during the school year.
During the summer months of June, July, and August, you must make an appointment to bring in your additional enrollment paperwork. Email the Executive Director, Lisa Heyne, at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a voicemail at 616-459-0330
Once you have turned in the Application for Enrollment and all of the required paperwork, your application will be considered complete and your student will be eligible to be part of the lottery.
If a grade level has more enrollment applicants than we have seats available, we will hold a lottery in early February
Current enrollees, staff members’ children and siblings are placed first
After that, the lottery is random. The lottery continues until all names have been called in order to give applicants a spot on the waitlist
Applicants are called off the waitlist in a rolling manner- as soon as there is a spot, they are called and families will have a limited amount of time to accept their spot.
After the lottery through to the beginning of the new school year, we continue to accept applicants. These applicants are placed on a class list immediately if there is space, or on the next spot on the waitlist if there is not.
