The Grand Rapids Child Discovery Center is a public school academy. Enrollment is open to all appropriately aged children without regard to gender, ethnic background, disability and/or religious affiliation.

Applications are now being accepted for 2009-2010 school year.   Applications for the 2010-2010 school year will be accepted beginning February 1, 2010.

Each child applying for admission must have a separate application.

To enroll your child, you have these options:

  1. Contact the principal and request an Application Form be mailed to you.
  2. Download the Application Form.  Fill in all requested information and mail it to the school address.
  3. Complete the Application Form below and click on the “Submit Application” button. A signed Application Form is also required.

    When you have submitted an application and your child has been accepted for enrollment at the school, there are more documents needed to complete the enrollment process.  You will find a list and links to these documents here.
